FAQ before making the reservation
Where do I find the price and the availability of the apartment? All the prices, as well as the availability, can be easily found on our website www.pragueforyou.cz after specification of the dates and the number of guests. Each rental has its own detailed description of the space, number of bedrooms, beds, location, and equipment.
What is included in the price? Is it total? Yes, the price includes all the nights for all the guests as well as the cleaning fee, city taxes, bed sheets, towels, basic sanitary facilities and ingredients like a salt or pepper.
How can I book? The apartment reservation can be requested online. Consequently, a member of our team will contact you to proceed the payment via credit card or PayPal. The reservation must be paid before your arrival.
Do I have to pay for anything extra after paying the reservation? After booking on the website and paying the reservation, there is no need to pay anything else.
What is the security deposit and how it will be returned? Any client may be asked to pay the security deposit on site after his arrival. The security deposit serves to cover any unexpected damages. The amount is 200 EUR or 5000 CZK. This deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card. The deposit will be given back in cash at an agreed time at the apartment or sent back to your bank account after the apartment is checked.
Can I come with children or pets? What is the cost? You won’t be charged anything for children, our company is also able to provide you a baby cot after previous confirmation. Bringing your pet with you is free of charge as well.
Is smoking allowed in the rooms? No, we ask our guests not to smoke inside the apartments nor in the hallways of the building. The only smoking areas are at the balconies in some specific rentals.
FAQ about the check-in
What time can I check in to the apartment? The default check-in time is at 16:00. It is, of course, possible to check in later. In some cases, it might also be possible to check in earlier, but only with our previous confirmation. Prior to your arrival, please provide us with your expected arrival information.
How will I get the keys and how many sets of them do I receive? We are providing two sets of keys. Each apartment has its specific set of check-in instructions which you receive in an automatic email after creating the reservation.
Do I need to bring anything with me? Our apartments are fully equipped with all the appliances you may need, such as a hairdryer, iron etc., as well as the basic amenities like toilet paper, hand soap and basic ingredients like salt or pepper. We also provide bed sheets as well as one big and one small towel for each guest.
How do I get to the apartment from the airport, main train station, bus station..? All the apartments are located in the city center of Prague which is famous for its convenient public transportation system. We are always here to help you find the ideal way, or you can search for the connection here.
How can I order the airport shuttle, what is the price? You can order and pay online in advance the airport shuttle. The driver will be waiting for you at the exit gate with the sign of your name and will take you to the exact address. The price is 700 CZK for one car up to 4 persons. FAQ about parking
Can I park in front of the apartment? Unfortunately, most streets in the center of Prague are so-called "blue zones" where only residents are allowed to park. However, there are numerous public parking lots in the vicinity of all our rentals. For more information, click here.
FAQ about the check-out
Where do I leave the keys after leaving the apartment? Please, leave the keys at the apartment on the table and close the door behind you. Do not leave the keys in the lock!
At what time do I need to leave the apartment? The check-out time is 11:00 am, please vacate the apartment before this time.
Can check out later? Or I leave my baggage at the apartment after check-out? At 11h, our cleaning lady comes to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Late check-out is therefore not possible, nor is leaving your baggage in the apartment. Any nonobservance of this rule can be subject to a penalty.
Where can I store my baggage after my check-out? After previous confirmation, you can leave your baggage in our office. The address is Klimentská 1172/48, Prague 1 (ring the "C3/Pragueforyou" doorbell), we are open from 9:00 to 17:00 Mon-Fri. There is also the possibility to leave your baggage in the luggage storage at the main train station (address: Wilsonova 8, Prague 1) or the Florenc bus station ( Křižíkova 6, Praha 8).
FAQ about my reservation
Can I change my reservation, stay more or less nights, come with extra guests,..? If you wish to alter your reservation, please contact us on email@example.com. This change needs to be always confirmed by our service.
Can I cancel my reservation? If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, but bear in mind that our policy is strict and non-refundable.
FAQ about house rules
Do I need to respect any special rule during my stay? Each guest must respect the property and its equipment, observe the basic hygienic principles and anti-fire rules. Each client also needs to respect the neighbors in the building and the quiet time between 22:00 and 6:00. Any nonobservance of these principles can be subject to a penalty and a police record. Each guest needs to control properly the apartment and its belongings after leaving the apartment. At the same time, you should never leave any valuables inside the apartment. Our service is not responsible for any loss or theft.
